Framing my Velvety Rabbit Miniature

Here it is all finished and framed.

As a tip – try to pick a frame BEFORE you do a sculpture. I’ve had to do a few creative things when I didn’t that make the whole process a lot more work. The sculpting part is the fun part 😉

This is the frame I designed it for – I actually used the glass from the frame as my sculpting surface although I popped the clay off afterwards.

This was another option… But I didn’t like it quite as well for this sculpture.

This plain black frame set the clay off a little better (and I’ll be using more of these) but it wasn’t the right size so I couldn’t use it this time around.

Stay safe, happy, and warm, and let me know if you have any questions about the process.
